Fine and precise cutting
Before the die-cutting process, the sheets of cardboard or paper are first cut to the desired size depending on the machines.
Die-cut process
For each of your projects, we create one or more specific moulds in order to adapt the cutting process to the desired dimensions. Our machines then die-cut the cardboard or paper and create the right angles. Our techniques offer the advantage of realizing all your ideas, associated with a rapid process since we can work with a wide range of materials. Quality and profitability guaranteed!
Offcut recycling
The accuracy of our machines and cutting techniques allows us to limit waste production. Unused cardboard and paper offcuts are compacted in a specially-designed machine to be recycled into bundles afterwards.
On-trend visual effects
Our creative team, always up to speed with the latest trends and what customers want, can design all your graphic elements with you (designs, typography etc.). By constantly making sure these elements remain feasible with the production team, our teams offer a broad range of colours and visual effects that partially or fully cover the surface of your packaging. Spot UV coating, for example, enables you to choose between a colour, transparent, glossy or matt effect in specific areas of the box.
So what about you? Do you prefer hot stamping, embossing or selective coating?
Lamination between protection and aesthetics
During the development phase, we’re particularly uncompromising when it comes to the quality of our packaging. We test resistance to temperature, UV and wear. The lamination phase will protect against external damage and increase the life of the packaging thanks to the use of OPP film in matt, glossy, satin or even a Soft Touch finish for a peach skin effect...)
Always taking an eco-friendly approach, we offer alternatives to OPP with a thermal-acetate protective film derived from FSC-certified and solvent-free natural sources, as well as water-based coatings.
